Improving your handles
As a coach working with young men on improving their ballhandling abilities the one thing I notice is that kids don't spend enough time working on the basics. If you are not spending 4 to 5 days each week working on ballhandling you can never get better. A simple way to work on your handles is to dribble a ball whenever you go for a run, take your dog for a walk, walking to the store, whatever. If you want wicked handles you must set up a simple 5 to 10 minutes per day to getting better
